The VLC is shaped and made entirely of stainless steel, equipped with a perforated elevator belt made of food-grade polypropylene with product door porters, has a working capacity of 500 kg per work cycle. Inside are positioned nozzles fed by the blower to create the water boiling through a perforated rack placed on the bottom that guarantees a perfect washing of the product. At the tank inlet there is a water distribution manifold with angle jets to push the product onto the elevator belt. Important is the function of the recirculation pump that draws water from the tank and filters it to be reused. On the discharge belt, fed by a variable speed motor, spray nozzles are installed, fed by the water mains. The machine is equipped with a ball valve for total drainage of the tank.
