MINIPOLIVALENT PASTEURIZER The mini-factory connected to a steam generator is suitable for heating, pasteurization and coagulation of milk, as well as for the extraction of ricotta from whey and as a hot water preparation machine. If connected to a manufacturer of icy water it is excellent for storing milk at + 4 ° C. The system is composed of a cylindrical stainless steel tank with a fully opening lid with stainless steel support springs, but also a partial opening to inspect the interior during the processing phase. Equipped with a heat exchanger for greater efficiency and effectiveness for the heating and cooling phase, divided into three independent sections, based on the quantity of product to be processed, the entire work cycle is controlled by the control panel as a temperature control, acoustic alarm, speed change. The vat is positioned on a raised frame in tubular aisi 304 stainless steel with level feet, equipped with a platform and ladder. Available in standard versions:
