Color tape suitable to facilitate the localization of the removed impurities. By means of a pneumatic system with button control. The machine requires a compressed air system which is not included.

The HONEY CREAMER is a high performance discontinuous honey processing plant designed to guarantee the production of high quality creamy honey. The plant consists of a thermoregulated tank (hot/cold) with a mixing system with scraping blades which allow the desired temperature to be reached efficiently and to be maintained for the time required at the end of the processing. By mixing the honey at a constant temperature, the exponential multiplication of the crystalline nuclei of glucose is favored which, given their small size, will remain in suspension in the liquid phase, giving the product a creamy consistency.
