Compact truffle washing machine, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Composed of:
- Stainless steel tank;
- Mesh basket appropriately sized for truffle washing fully removable for easy product loading and unloading;
- Side engine for basket rotation;
- Soft, gentle but effective washing system;
- Lower basin complete with filter and recirculation pump for closed-cycle washing ensuring water savings;
- Transparent plexiglass cover to view the product during washing;
- Electrical control panel for cycle management in accordance with CEI standards.

Compact machines for continuous truffle washing.
The continuous rotary LAVA-TR machine consists of:
- Entirely AISI 304 stainless steel structure;
- Properly shaped basket tied to a pneumatic swinging handling system (swings to the right and left during processing);
- Built-in stainless steel tanks for pre-washing water with semi-closed cycle washing (inlet and outlet of a small amount of water continuously) with impurity filtration system;
- Pump for water recycling and set of filters;
- Gentle (soft) and effective washing system;
- Electrical panel for cycle management;
- Manual loading and automatic product unloading (the operator will feed the product to be processed into the loading hopper and the unloading will be done automatically from the chute located at the outlet);
- The construction solutions adopted make our plants suitable for CE marking.
