COOK-MIX 10
Versatile and compact machine ideal for cooking sauces, sauces, jams, marmalades, pulses, creams and gastronomic products that require quick cooking and for pasteurising glass jars.
Made of stainless steel, the Cook-mix 10 features an innovative induction heating system, which guarantees considerable energy savings and fast processing. The product can be blanched or cooked in the tank by installing the mixing paddle; once the product has been potted, the jars are placed on the grid inserted in the tank to start the pasteurisation cycle. A probe inserted inside the sample jar allows the core temperature of the product to be measured. The tank is also completely removable for proper sanitisation and has an electrical control panel with LCD touch screen.
