The Honey Creamer is a high-performance discontinuous honey processing plant designed in order to ensure the production of high quality creamy honey.
The plant consists of a thermoregulated (hot/cold) tank with a scraping paddle mixing system that allows the desired temperature to be reached efficiently and maintained for the time required to complete processing.
Through mixing honey at a constant temperature, exponential multiplication of crystalline glucose nuclei is promoted, which, given their small size, will remain in suspension in the liquid phase, giving the product a creamy texture.
