The structure of the vats consists of an insulated cylindrical stainless steel tank with full and partial opening lid. Ricotta vats are equipped with a heat exchanger applied internally on the bottom and wall for a high yield with minimum fuel consumption at a high heating rate; equipped with variable speed motor stirrer, an electrical control and command panel, with switch for stirrer, electronic thermostat and immersion probe in stainless steel cockpit, ball valve in stainless steel AISI 304 DN 50. Connections for steam inlet and condensate recovery from ¾ ”with ball valve. All mounted on AISI 304 stainless steel tubular feet with adjustable feet for vat level adjustment. They are available in the models TR300 (300 lt tank), TR600 (600 lt tank) and TR1000 (1000 lt tank).
