The machine ECO EVOS is directed to small businesses, farms and butchers interested in dry sausages. The structure with hooks is connected to a motor that allows the rotation of the same within the working chamber ensuring uniformity of drying of the product. The technology of drying with dehumidified air allows to treat the product at low temperatures from 10 ° C up, so as to leave unchanged the organoleptic properties of foods and their color. The system comes as a complete block structure with stainless steel hooks for hang up products composed by 2 levels with 8 post of 30 cm long. It has a group dehumidifying and heating and an electrical panel with thermostat for  control of temperature inside the room, switch for starting and stopping the cycle, the timer for programming the duration of the cycle and safety systems suitable. ECO EVOS has a load capacity of about 70 kg of product, equipped with the structure of hooks on two levels in stainless steel, with n. 8 spoke for each level of 30 cm.
