WASHING VAT

Washing vat construction completely in stainless steel AISI 304, with washing system with turbulence jet of water through a pump, and the water a borbottage system realized by a blower for a better washing of the product. On the bottom of the tank is a stainless steel grill drilled to separate the chestnuts from the dross. This transfer belt which, when finished washing, carrying the product into the pasteurization tank.

 

PASTEURIZATION VAT

Pasteurization vat is constructed of stainless steel AISI 304 adapted to contain the chestnuts from the cleaning, in water heated to the desired temperature for the pasteurisation and keep it constant for the entire duration of the work cycle, using a system of electric resistors. Bath internally insulated with material of low conductivity to avoid the dispersion of heat. Transfer belt loop finished the chestnuts from the pasteurization cooling

COOLING VAT

The cooling vat is constructed completely in stainless steel AISI 304, equipped with extractor belt with porters, by a pump for the advancement of chestnuts towards the exit, by pipes for the water inlet temperature of c.ca 20 ° C in the bath. The plant has a stainless steel filter to prevent clogging of the pump.
